FLITE Center is Broward County’s one-stop resource center offering all supportive services to youth aging out of foster care, chronically homeless youth, youth who have experienced human trafficking, and LGBTQ+ youth. Upon arrival at FLITE Center, each young adult is assisted with their individual needs in the following areas: education, employment, housing, wellness, a system of care coordination, and resource navigation. From October 2020 to September 2021, FLITE Center served 2,372 young adults and their children. Our mission of helping young adults become self-sufficient cannot be accomplished without YOU.
Our young adults count on us to provide them with the program and services that allow them to reach their full potential. We are devoting every Holiday dollar to our programs and services for the young adults enrolled at FLITE Center.
